Here's a question, and we don't mean it rhetorically: Does any baseball fan in America believe that Roger Clemens did not use steroids at some point during his 24-year career? Our guess is probably not, yet Clemens hasn't backed down on his quixotic quest to clear his name. This probably won't shock you, but it isn't going well. On Thursday, a Houston federal district court judge dismissed most of Clemens's defamation suit against Brian McNamee, the former trainer whose allegations that Clemens used steroids first appeared in the Mitchell Report.
