Mintz Levin Helps New Funding Fuel BioProcessors

With the help of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, BioProcessors Corp. has secured an $18 million Series C round of funding as it continues to commercialize its platform for managing biotech and pharmaceutical cell research environments. BioProcessors' technology creates a controlled environment for growing cells for biotech and pharmaceutical researchers, according to the company's vice president of finance, Scott D'Amour.
