Dallas' 5th Court of Appeals has conditionally granted Patton Boggs' petition for writ of mandamus seeking to overturn a trial judge's decision allowing former non-equity partner Kate Moseley to depose two firm leaders and to obtain certain documents from the firm. But the appeals court sided with Moseley in determining Patton Boggs cannot compel arbitration of her claims pursuant to her partnership agreement.
