The former chair of the corporate department at Fox Rothschild O'Brien & Frankel was sentenced in Philadelphia Thursday to 18 months probation, fined $5,000, and ordered to perform community service for making a false statement to the SEC during an insider-trading investigation. Ramon R. Obod has already begun his community service at the Philadelphia Zoo, doing everything from grant writing to stuffing envelopes.
