AP - The long-delayed Baldwin County Jail is set to open Monday.Sheriff Bill Massee said the $13 million facility will house 338 inmates.The older lockup was plagued by heating and electrical problems and was limited to 187 inmates because of a federal court order.Massee said the larger facility will eliminate the need to move inmates to other county jails.
