Jury: 20th Century Fox Stole Idea for 'Jingle All the Way'

A jury ordered 20th Century Fox to pay $19 million for copyright infringement in connection with the 1996 Arnold Schwarzenegger movie "Jingle All the Way." The jury concluded that the studio clearly based the movie on Detroit biology teacher Brian Webster's copyrighted script, which he sent to Fox in 1994.
