Appeals Court Will Consider Jewell Public Figure Ruling
Georgia's Court of Appeals will review a judge's ruling that declared security guard Richard Jewell a "limited public figure" in his libel suit against the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The court granted Jewell's application for interlocutory appeal.
