The court issued only one opinion and one grant of review Monday, but the pace is almost certain to increase next week, perhaps with additional opinion days, as the end of June approaches. Meanwhile, we take a look at a petition involving ineffective assistance of counsel that has been relisted over and over. Plus: Justice Sonia Sotomayor had some pointed criticism of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. And a familiar face in the Supreme Court—Jeffrey Wall—will make an appearance Friday in the D.C. Circuit in the Michael Flynn case.
