A Series 'Firsts' at First Street

This morning's arguments bring a series of "firsts." In the first case of the day, a habeas challenge by a Michigan prisoner, the opposing lawyers—Tasha Bahal, counsel at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr, and Michigan Solicitor General Fadwa Hammoud—are making their Supreme Court debuts.
