Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief. Although Supreme court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson continues to be in the media spotlight, the justices’ work goes on. They will hear two arguments this morning both with health care angles. We take a look at the one involving physicians convicted under the Controlled Substances Act. We also offer another “Breyer classic,” his hypothetical that triggered laughter in Monday’s huge EPA argument. Plus, scroll down to read what former federal appellate judge and Republican J.
