The Senate confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson are over and the nominee awaits the next step–a Judiciary committee markup on April 4. The justices wrap up the March argument session this week. We take a look at the lawyers and issues facing them. We also asked two legal ethics scholars for their thoughts on whether, if confirmed, Jackson could participate in one of two consolidated, affirmative action cases next term.
