Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief! During a Friday evening event at the Tenth Circuit's judicial conference, Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. said the court's building will be open to the public on Oct. 3. But there is still no word on whether live audio of arguments will continue. Some of the justices, including the chief, have been making the rounds at judicial conferences, law schools and other events this summer.
