After nearly five hours of arguments on affirmative action in higher education, arguments this morning in two cases will seem like a cake walk to those in the audience. Veteran advocate Neal Katyal argues a pro bono capital case. He spoke to us about how and why he is involved. Google helped us to seek out some data on the history of very long high court arguments.
