Happy Wednesday! Welcome to the Supreme Court Brief. We’ve got coverage of the blockbuster hearing on the future of President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan. While standing issues dominated the hearing, it appears unlikely the plan will find the support it needs to survive. Tuesday morning also saw the release of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s first majority opinion. Special thanks goes to Delaware Law Weekly’s Ellen Bardash for covering the Federal Disposition Act dispute ruling for us.

As always, thanks for reading and we welcome feedback and tips. You may contact Avalon Zoppo at [email protected]and follow her on Twitter @AvalonZoppo. You can find Brad Kutner at [email protected] and @bradkutner.
