Securities-Related Dispute Flummoxed Advocates, Justices

Attorneys were split over the U.S. Supreme Court's reaction to a securities-related lawsuit heard by the justices Monday morning, but given traditional disclosure expectations, a ruling favoring shareholders appeared most likely.
