Good morning and happy Monday. The last week of oral arguments for the high court starts today and Brad combed through legal filings to give you a rundown of what’s left. Among the hearings is the 50th oral argument for Hogan Lovells’ partner and former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal. We’ve got a tidbit from that interview in today’s update, but keep an eye out for the rest later today. Avalon, meanwhile, headed to the First Circuit Judicial Conference where retired Justice Stephen Breyer talked about the ethics scandal surrounding Justice Clarence Thomas.
