Welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The Supreme Court will conclude its March oral argument session this week with three days of hearings from Monday to Wednesday.

The justices, having convened for conference on Friday, will issue orders in pending cases Monday morning before taking the bench at 10 a.m. to hear the first case of the week, Becerra v. San Carlos Apache Tribe, a dispute over the amount of federal reimbursement that should go to Indian tribes that administer their own health care programs.

This edition of the Brief will take a look at the biggest hearing of the week, and arguably one of the biggest of the term. Thanks for reading. If you'd like to get in touch, you can reach me at [email protected]. Follow me on X: @JimmyHooverDC.
