In spite of mixed results, environmentalists are celebrating significant victories before the U.S. Supreme Court in the term just ended—and they are thanking Sean Donahue for his major role in achieving those wins.

Donahue may not be a household name as a Supreme Court practitioner, but in four Clean Air Act cases this term, Donahue was the counsel of record for environmental groups supporting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in wins against the energy industry.
