The case that the U.S. Supreme Court unceremoniously yanked from its argument docket last month appears likely to return later this term.
On Nov. 4, just five days before argument in Kingdomware Technologies v. United States, the court canceled the hearing and asked both sides to file briefs stating their position on whether the case is moot.
