When five protesters rose one by one to disrupt a U.S. Supreme Court session in April 2015, an open mike captured the late Justice Antonin Scalia muttering, “Give them stiff, stiff sentences” as they were carried out and arrested.
The protesters shouted—and one of them sang—their objections to the 2010 Citizens United campaign finance ruling.
