The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a legally blind man’s challenge to what he claims is the discriminatory logic-games portion of the Law School Admission Test. His lawyer said the legal fight will continue.
“Obviously we’re disappointed by the Supreme Court decision in this case,” said Jason Turkish, a disability rights attorney at Nyman Turkish in Southfield, Michigan. “All options are on the table, including potential claims against LSAC and against member law schools as well.”
