Sweatt v. Painter. Pennzoil v. Texaco. Lawyers likely know about these Texas Supreme Court cases of lore. But now, at the click of a button, they can scour through the historic filings by such legendary attorneys as Thurgood Marshall and Joe Jamail.
Texas Supreme Court clerk Blake Hawthorne said that the high court has uploaded a handful of the most historic cases to its website.
