A Dallas personal injury lawyer has begun a new practice area: representing clients who sue attorneys and others for soliciting their cases improperly.

So far, Tom Carse has filed 10 lawsuits in which his clients allege that the defendants violated a 2011 law prohibiting barratry, the solicitation of professional employment. Other attorneys have used the law here and there, but not as extensively as Carse.
