A dentist in San Antonio and his dental company added Baker & Hostetler and two current and two former lawyers to a multimillion-dollar lawsuit they filed against two dental management companies. The plaintiffs allege that the dental companies breached a service contract and unilaterally closed down the dentist’s practice in San Antonio and Houston.

In a second amended original petition filed in Dallas County on June 8, Dr. Emerico Gomez and his company, Care for Kids of Texas, allege that Baker & Hostetler and the lawyers represented them while also representing the dental management companies, causing damages to them. The lawyer defendants are Baker & Hostetler Houston partner Charles Thomas Kruse and associate Sanja Muranovic, and former partner Todd Yaross and associate Julie Marie Woolley, both of Columbus.
