Andrews Kurth Helps Houston Law School with Career Development Program
The University of Houston Law Center launches a mandatory career development program for first-year students with help from Andrews Kurth.

First-year students at the University of Houston Law Center may graduate with more polished business skills because of a new, mandatory professional development program developed by the school in partnership with Houston-based Andrews Kurth.
“It is really our hope we will give our students an advantage and also give our employers hiring the students an advantage,” said Allison Hickey Regan, assistant dean for career development at the Houston law school.
Regan said the career development program is unusual because it is mandatory.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
