In this intellectual property case against the creator of a boutique vodka, apparently the product name’s interlocking double XXs mark the spot that Texas-based ExxonMobil alleges constitutes trademark infringement against its well-known logos.

Exxon recently filed a trademark infringement suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Nielsen Spirits, an Arizona corporation that specializes in liquor sales, and its business operator Angela Nielsen.
