Dykema Cox Smith Continues Expansion of Dallas Office With Three Lateral Hires
The Dallas office of Dykema Cox Smith brings on three lateral special counsel, expanding in litigation and transactions.

Dykema Cox Smith has made three lateral hires in Dallas, boosting the North Texas office to 44 lawyers.
The new hires are Ferdose al-Taie, who joined the firm's commercial litigation practice group after working for more than 10 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C.; Virgil Ochoa, who joined the firm's corporate practice group and dental service organizations industry group from Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas; and Ian Pesses, who joins the firm's corporate finance practice group from Akerman's offices in Dallas and Fort Lauderdale.
All three joined as senior counsel.
