Marc Rose has joined Sidley Austin as a partner in the firm’s Dallas office. A member of the mergers and acquisitions practice group, Rose focuses on M&A, joint ventures and other energy transactions, as well as private equity investments. Tara Lancaster has joined Sidley Austin as an associate in its tax practice group in Dallas. She advises clients on upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions and on transactions involving the formation and acquisition of real estate investment trusts.
