A member of the energy practice, Hays represents companies and entrepreneurs in upstream, midstream and downstream transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development.
John T. Woodruff has joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in the firm’s tax practice in Houston. Woodruff’s practice focuses on helping energy companies with tax issues involving exploration and production, oil field services, offshore drilling, maritime, oil field manufacturing and engineering, procurement and construction.
