The lawyers at Caldwell Cassady & Curry in Dallas might be justified if they felt like Bill Murray's character in the movie “Groundhog Day” in 2016.
Unlike the Murray character, who kept repeating the same day, the Caldwell Cassady lawyers kept having to retry the same suit against technology powerhouse Apple Inc.—and the litigation isn't over yet.
“I think there is a little of that Groundhog Day feeling,” said Brad Caldwell, a principal in the firm.
