A Dallas plaintiffs lawyer and her wife are facing multiple misdemeanor assault charges after police allege she attacked a valet and several other people at a popular entertainment district.
Amy Witherite, 50, a name partner in Dallas' Eberstein Witherite, and Barbara Witherite, 56, were both arrested after they were allegedly involved in a physical altercation on Aug. 5 in the Bishop Arts District.
Police were called around 9 p.m. that evening after the women allegedly got in a fight with numerous people, according to a police report.
