Kimberly Moore

Kim Moore, a labor and employment partner who helped open Strasburger & Price's office in Collin County 13 years ago, is the new partner-in-charge of the office located 26 miles north of the firm's Dallas headquarters.

Moore becomes the second woman to head one of the firm's offices, joining Houston office partner-in-charge Betsy Kamin.

Moore said her goals include leading the office in continuing to build client relationships in Collin County and also building camaraderie among the lawyers and staff in the office. She said the office, which launched with 11 lawyers, has grown to about 40. It is located in Frisco.

Coming off a year as chair of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, Moore said the area is thriving and growing, which will provide more opportunities for the firm's lawyers. “I've just watched this area blossom so much. I'm hoping that sitting here we can really take advantage of that,” she said.

Dan Butcher, Strasburger's managing partner, said in a statement that Moore is an exceptional attorney and inspiring leader who will bring energy to the office.

Moore succeeds Paul Sander, who has left the firm. She said her appointment was effective at the beginning of January.
