Michael Toth, a former special counsel in Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton‘s office who is currently a candidate for the Third Court of Appeals, has joined Dykema Cox Smith as a senior counsel in Austin.
Outside of Texas, the firm is known as Dykema Gossett but it retained the Cox Smith in Texas after the 2015 merger between San Antonio-based Cox Smith Matthews and Dykema Gossett of Detroit.
