Natalie Friend Wilson has been promoted to the position of shareholder in Langley & Banack in San Antonio and leads the firm's cybersecurity practice group. Wilson also will continue her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and litigation.

William S. Anderson and Mark K. Lewis have been elected to three-year terms on Bracewell's management committee. Anderson, a partner in the firm's Houston office, is co-chair of its corporate and securities department as well as head of its financial institutions practice. Lewis is managing partner of Bracewell's Washington, D.C., office and head of its oil and gas regulatory practice.

Daniella P. Main is one of 16 lawyers recently promoted to partner in Alston & Bird. Main works in the firm's Dallas and New York offices and is in the litigation and trial practice group. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving, among other matters, breach of contract, fraud, right of first refusal and indemnification claims.

Christin J. Jones is one of 15 attorneys promoted to the position of partner in Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. Based in the firm's Dallas office, Jones is a member of its complex commercial litigation team and also handles appellate litigation matters.

Matt Sheehan and Samantha Thompson have joined the Houston litigation firm of Reynolds Frizzell as associates. Sheehan served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen of the Southern District of Texas. Thompson served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Claire V. Eagan of the Northern District of Oklahoma and Judge Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Stephen M. Boone Jr. and Christopher Erik Centrich are among 11 new partners in Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Both are based in the firm's Houston office. Boone is a member of the energy practice and works on oil and gas matters. Centrich also is a member of the energy practice and focuses on corporate and securities transactions.

Robert J. Cardone and Laura Jane Durfee have been promoted to partners in the Dallas office of Jones Day. Christopher H. Domingo and William R. Taylor are new partners in the firm's Houston office. Cardone represents public and private companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. Durfee is a trial lawyer who represents clients in civil and criminal litigation and regulatory and compliance matters involving the health care industry. Domingo is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, with a particular focus on representing clients in the energy industry. Taylor, also a trial lawyer, focuses on complex commercial litigation, particularly involving clients in the energy industry.

Mike Bielby, Prentiss Cutshaw and Jaren Taylor, all based in Dallas, and Danielle Patterson, Scott Rubinsky and Brittany Sakowitz, Houston attorneys, are among eight lawyers who are new partners in Vinson & Elkins. Bielby is in the finance practice, and Cutshaw's practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions. Taylor's practice focuses on representation of utility and energy clients and eminent domain law. Patterson is in the energy transactions/projects practice.
