Audrey Mross, a partner in Munck Wilson Mandala in Dallas and co-chair of the firm's employment and labor group, has been selected as the 2019 Fellow for the College of Business Administration at Kansas State University, where she earned her B.S. degree. As a legal adviser to companies and human resources departments, Mross advises on employment agreements, employee handbooks as well as other matters.

New Positions

Rikiya “Riki” Thomas has joined Porter Hedges in Houston as counsel in its corporate practice group. Thomas focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in a range of transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and other matters.

Harness Dickey has added three attorneys in its Metro Dallas-Fort Worth office in Frisco. Robert W. “Bill” Mason, who has 20 years of experience as an attorney, including 15 as in-house counsel in the medical device and biotechnology sectors, offers clients well-rounded patent counsel. Clint Stuart, who has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, focuses his practice primarily on patent preparation, prosecutions and counseling. Young Fei focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting patent applications, with an emphasis on medical devices.
