The University of Houston Law Center cracked the Top 30 of Law.com's list of Go-To Law Schools, a ranking of 50 law schools with the highest percentage of recent graduates to snag associate jobs at the nation's largest 100 law firms.

The University of Houston Law Center saw one of the biggest increases from last year's list, from No. 43 to No. 29 this year. According to Law.com—an affiliate of Texas Lawyer—the law school saw 16.37 percent of its 2018 graduating class secure jobs in Big Law.

Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law also appeared on the list at at No. 32, as Law.com slowly rolls out its rankings in advance of the final report on Friday. SMU Dedman saw 14.8 percent of 2018 grads land in Big Law.
