Practice Profile: Rosenzweig advises on transactions in the oil and gas sector as well as the utilities, industrials, infrastructure, health care, and technology, media and telecom sectors. Among his major recent engagements was his representation of J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Goldman Sachs in the $600 million committed financing for the acquisition of Magnum Oil Tools by Nine Energy Service, and the related debut Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Nine Energy of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes. In addition to his practice, Rosenzweig serves as co-hiring partner in Simpson Thacher's Houston office.
