Practice Profile: Although consumer class action defense work has been Eash's recent focus, her litigation pedigree is built upon an eclectic combination of experience, including clerking for Judge Charles Everingham IV of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and spending three months on loan as an assistant district attorney in Dallas County, where she tried numerous criminal jury trials to verdict. These opportunities prepared Eash to lead leanly staffed, complex commercial cases at the firm and shaped her into the litigator she is today. She handles all aspects of the cases she leads, from the key depositions to key hearings.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
