An exonerated ex-judge, who is fighting for a place on the ballot to regain the bench, has lost her request for Dallas’ appellate court to compel her local Republican party to place her name on the primary ballot.

But Suzanne Wooten, who wants to run for Collin County’s 401st District Court, is not giving up. She’s planning an appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.
