The overall pass rate for the February 2020 Texas Bar Examination dropped to 45.9%, nearly reaching 2018′s record low of 45.2%, and considerably below the 53.5% pass rate of a year ago.

According to statistics made public by the Texas Board of Law Examiners on Tuesday, 457 of the 996 test-takers passed the February exam, and 539 failed.
