A district judge who previously stated it's not the government's job to protect litigants' health has been accused of flaunting COVID-19 safety precautions in a July in-person court hearing.
The accusation came from pro se litigant Brian Smale against Judge Jeff Fletcher of Wood County's 402nd District Court.
