Houston-based legal recruiting firm Partners Legal Search has agreed to drop a Texas state court lawsuit against two Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton partners over a search fee, following a series of adverse rulings.

A Harris County judge on Thursday signed off on a joint motion between Partners Legal Search and attorneys Patrick Gaas and Daniel Shank to end the suit brought by the recruiter in June 2019.
