Allegations against a Texas Supreme Court justice appear to be fizzling after a state law enforcement agency and ethics commission dismissed some of the claims.
Here's what happened: Amoriss Mallett, the fired executive assistant for Texas Supreme Court Justice Jeff Boyd, has filed complaints alleging the jurist improperly spent campaign funds.
