Apple Inc. is getting a brief, pandemic-related reprieve from one patent infringement jury trial in the Eastern District of Texas even as it concludes its defense of another.
U.S. District Judge Robert Schroeder III on Monday granted Apple's motion to continue its Aug. 17 trial against VirnetX Inc. over secure VPN technology until Oct. 26.
