A Dallas law firm denies the allegations of a former associate who alleged in a lawsuit that the firm breached an agreement to pay him 10% of the attorney fees for a case that settled for $5 million.

On Sept. 4 in the $150,000 dispute, plaintiff Charles A. Bennett and defendant Ted B. Lyon & Associates are due in Dallas County’s 44th District Court to work out the scheduling of the litigation, which began in mid-July.
