Allegations that a Fort Worth-area lawyer benefited personally when his clients made a real estate investment—then lost all their money—are central to a new legal-malpractice lawsuit.

Clients Oluremi Oyekola and Ademola Akande alleged in their lawsuit that attorney Olu Asekun and his law firm refused to return their client file and that he’s actually a New York lawyer, not even licensed to practice law in Texas.
