On Saturday night, July 25, the life of Justice David Lee Bridges was snuffed out when someone drove in the wrong direction on Interstate 30 east of Dallas and slammed head-on into David's truck. David didn't have a chance. We all wish time could be reclaimed and the holocaust of fire from the collision could have been avoided. But that wish can't come true. From what we, his friends and colleagues, have learned, he was traveling home from a campaign reception. He was very close to being home. We are shocked, stunned, and heartbroken. It was senseless. Tragic is an insufficient word.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
