A flight training academy is facing a lawsuit by Chinese parents who alleged that their only child died by suicide because of discrimination that he received in the program.

Dallas attorney Justin Bryan of McCathern and Houston lawyer Charles Conrad of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman represent the plaintiffs, Tingyao Yan and Shuangai Yang, who are suing for themselves and the estate of their son, Yan Yang. They are suing U.S. Aviation Group and an employee there, Daniel Bryson.
