Incumbent Republican Judge Kimberly Fitzpatrick of Fort Worth is running for reelection against Democratic challenger Valerie Baston.
Fitzpatrick said voters should pick her, because she has far more experience. But Baston said she has criminal and civil law experience, and that the bench needs greater diversity among judges.
