With a judge’s ruling on Friday night, Houston trial firm Ahmad, Zavitsanos, Anaipakos, Alavi & Mensing fended off a lawsuit filed by an ex-client who alleged the firm engaged in “gross fee churning” when representing him in an employment dispute.
